Contract & Mobilization

Execution

Progress Updates
Client receives regular WhatsApp updates, site photos, progress reports, and milestone notifications. Any scope changes require variation approval.
Quality Check
Before handover, VOW inspects finishing, paint, tiles, joinery, doors, lighting, electrical, plumbing, leakage, and AC. Snagging list is prepared.
Handover & Support
VOW hands over completed work. Post-handover support includes minor rectifications, maintenance options, and AMC packages available.
